Mutterings for the Minority

After yet another restless night, I woke this morning feeling like I was the tin man from the Wizard of Oz who’d forgotten to oil his joints. Tsch, who says a daily dose of cod liver oil is meant to help your joints

Coupled this with the fact that the last couple of days commuting to/from work by bike have finally caught up with me and therefore my planned lunchtime run subsequently failed to materialise. A day lost to lethargy I’m afraid.

As I write this, the rain appears to be making a comeback here in south Wales – grrrrrrr. Oh how I wish it would go away – even if only for the weekend.
