Midday sun

July 3, 2006

Decided to go for a lunchtime ‘loosener’ today after yesterday’s bike ride, so I went for a 17 minute run! In retrospect I must have been nuts as it was so bloody warm it was unreal (and now officially a heatwave) and more significantly, I haven’t been for a run in quite a while.

In fact, upon checking it’s the first run I’ve been on since May 23rd which for me is almost unheard of – well for 2006 it is anyway! Still it had the desired effect and I seemed to shake off my lethargy which had been hanging over me since I ambled out of bed this morning.
