Being back in work now means that I’m back into lunchtime training – so a bike ride was the order of the day today. We went for our usual spin down to Forte’s ice cream parlour and back – in between having a bike rage incident (not my fault guv honest) with two women with pushchairs and a very strong wind. The 11 odd mile route saw us clock up a top speed of some 28.9mph, not back considering we were riding into the wind!
I’m also back on the Ebay trail at the moment, after an absence of over a year. It’s amazing how addicted you get to selling stuff you no longer have any use for.
