Yes believe it or not coach is finally back in the saddle after an enforced 8 week absence. The weather couldn’t have been better either and we enjoyed a fast and sunny 10.8 mile ride down to Limeslade (and back).
Considering it was our first ‘competitive’ ride togther since January, our 14.5 mph average and time of 44 minutes 47 seconds was quite impressive (for our standard!). Our maximum speed was 23.7 mph. We’re got another ride planned for Friday, so it’ll be interesting to see how than one pans out in comparison.
