Puffing, panting…

… and red in the face, that was me after a 3 mile run today. Little wonder perhaps as I haven’t been pounding the ground for quite sometime. It’s no wonder it took me 27 minutes and 9 seconds to do the distance.

The way I look at it is that it’s all part of the build up to the Swansea 10k on September 23rd – which I’ve entered, primarily with the aim of breaking the 50 minute barrier.
