Ceredigion calling

August 11, 2007

Our weekend away visiting relatives in Pennant was the first time I’d been back to these parts in almost a year.

Little has changed in that time – with the exception of road improvements between Llandysul and Horeb – and life remains as laid back and sleepy as I remember it from my 12 year stint in these parts.

I guess if you are born and bred in these parts or enjoy a slow paced way of life then this area is right up your street. But for a city bred boy like me it drives me nuts.

A disappointing start for the Swans today with the 2-1 defeat at Oldham. Especially hard to stomach when you concede in the 1st and 90th minute :@
