Swansea v Gillingham

November 2, 2007

Oh what a night my 2nd visit to the Liberty Stadium in as many days turned out to be.

Despite the result it was hard to knock the Swans performance, in a game spoilt by a seemingly clueless referree in his first season in the football league.

The game was a pulsating affair with plenty of talking points and probably best summed up by Andy Robinson’s injury time penalty miss.

Still we’re top of the league tonight so I’m not complaining.
